A Sound of Hope empowers Christians to discuss mental health openly and without stigma. It uncovers inner wounds and misconceptions, guiding believers on a transformative journey toward personal growth and healing
The Why behind Sound of Hope
Within the span of two years, our family endured an unthinkable loss. Three loved ones were lost to suicide, including my cousin Lyndsie. She had a voice that felt heaven-sent and a presence that lit up every room. Lyndsie was beautiful, funny, kind, and deeply compassionate. She was also the head nurse on a busy ER floor and a devoted mother who left behind two precious children.
Her loss shook me to my core. I could not accept that this kind of pain should continue in silence or shame.
Out of that heartbreak, A Sound of Hope was born.
Our mission is to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and bring hope to individuals and families who are struggling, especially within faith communities. We believe the church must be a safe place for honest conversations about emotional pain and mental health.
Through partnerships with mental health professionals and inner-healing ministries, we offer both practical support and spiritual restoration. Our content focuses on addressing childhood trauma, confronting ungodly core beliefs, and embracing the healing power of forgiveness. Our heart is to see lives restored and hope renewed, one story at a time.
